Dudu In a Strange Land

This piece addresses the challenges that people face when they move to completely new enviroments. This movement might be caused by a host of reasons which could be searching for a better life, escaping from persecution,  improving one's position in life or in seach of adventure to mention a few. This particular piece represents the journey of a black person from the hot climate in Africa to the cold and freezing lands of Europe. The left side of the work is done in warm colors while the the right side is done is blue and white which represents extreme cold conditions.
